Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with We Are Reiki. We carefully prepare and package every order to ensure your crystals, jewelry, and holistic items arrive safely.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

During holidays, promotions, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your order and available shipping options.

We currently offer the following standard U.S. shipping rates:

Orders under $50: $3.99 shipping
Orders from $50 to $99.99: $8.99 shipping
Orders of $100 or more: FREE shipping

Estimated Delivery

Once your order has been shipped, estimated delivery within the United States is generally 3–7 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping carrier, destination, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Tracking

When tracking is available, you will receive tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been processed or shipped.

We Are Reiki is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delays may occur that are outside of our control.

If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please check with household members, neighbors, your local carrier, or the delivery location first.

Damaged Items

We carefully package our products, especially crystals and other fragile items.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery and include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can review the situation.

Natural Crystals

Please note that crystals and stones are natural products. Variations in color, size, shape, texture, inclusions, and natural markings are normal and make each piece unique. These natural variations are not considered damage or defects.
